What therapy looks like with me
The idea in therapy is to untangle what's stuck for you. To do that, we peel off multiple layers of what might be causing your concerns, how did you get there, what you do think or feel about it, what might be the possible root causes. We do this together by sitting with your thoughts and feelings in therapy. The logic? The more you know what's going on within you, the more we can figure out how to address it.
